We provide tourist bus services. By using this website or purchasing tickets, you accept these terms.


2. General Conditions and Website Use
  • The website is free for personal, non-commercial use.
  • Access may be temporarily unavailable; we may modify, suspend, or remove content at any time.
  • You must be 18 or older to make purchases and use payment methods.

2.1 User Responsibilities

  • Use the website lawfully and responsibly.
  • Do not interfere with the website or its users.
  • Respect intellectual property rights.

2.2 Hop On Responsibilities

  • We aim for accurate information but cannot guarantee it is complete or error-free.
  • External links are for convenience; we are not responsible for other sites’ content or privacy practices.
3.Passwords and Logins
  • You are responsible for the confidentiality and use of your login credentials.
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
4. Availability of Site

7. Ticket sales
  • All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
  • Refunds or exchanges are only granted if Hop On fails to deliver services with reasonable care and skill or if the service does not match the information provided. 
  • A binding agreement is formed when Hop On confirms your order by email.
  • Hop On fulfills the agreement when the ticket or voucher is sent or made available for download.

7.1. Tickets and validity
  • Tickets are valid only for the booked date(s), route and destination.
  • E-tickets must be presented upon request, either printed or digitally.
  • The confirmation email must show the date and time of delivery.
  • Tickets must be shown on request to drivers, staff or authorized representatives.
  • Lost tickets must be replaced by purchasing a new ticket.

7.2. Family tickets and children
  • Family tickets are issued as a single ticket and must be used together.
  • All children must be accompanied by an adult.
  • A child is defined according to the ticket category at the time.

7.3. Prices
  • All prices include applicable taxes, duties and fees.
  • No delivery fees apply.
  • Prices may change without prior notice.

7.4. Refunds and complaints
  • All tickets are non-refundable.
  • There is no cooling-of period on ticket purchases.
  • Complaints must be submitted using the complaint form on Hop On’s website.
  • Claims must be submitted withing 24 hours of ticket purchase.
  • The ticket must be attached when submitting a complaint.

7.5. When can you claim a complaint?
  • The following are examples of what does not provide grounds for reimbursement:
    • The ship is cancelled or does not go to the intended destination.
    • Illness preventing use of the ticket.
    • Purchase a ticket for the wrong company.
    • Traffic accidents or external circumstances beyond Hop On’s control.
    • Wrong ticket category, date, destination or game.
    • Any form of force majeure.
    • Route changes announced on Hop On’s website.
    • Failure to locate the bus.
    • Reduced visibility due to weather conditions.
7.6. Hop On’s liability
  • Hop On will provide services with reasonable skill.
  • If services fail due to Hop On’s fault, a replacement or refund will be offered where possible.
  • Hop On is not liable for indirect losses such as delays, inconvenience, or missed connections.
  • Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

8. Credit Card Payments
  • Payments are processed securely by Hop On.
  • You must have authority to use the payment method provided.
  • Payment is taken when your order is confirmed.

9. Intellectual Property
  • All website content is protected by copyright, trademarks, and other rights.
  • Commercial use without permission is prohibited.
  • Linking to the homepage is allowed if done legally and respectfully.

10. Using Our Website’s Images and Content
