7.1. Tickets and validity
- Tickets are valid only for the booked date(s), route and destination.
- E-tickets must be presented upon request, either printed or digitally.
- The confirmation email must show the date and time of delivery.
- Tickets must be shown on request to drivers, staff or authorized representatives.
- Lost tickets must be replaced by purchasing a new ticket.
7.2. Family tickets and children
- Family tickets are issued as a single ticket and must be used together.
- All children must be accompanied by an adult.
- A child is defined according to the ticket category at the time.
7.3. Prices
- All prices include applicable taxes, duties and fees.
- No delivery fees apply.
- Prices may change without prior notice.
7.4. Refunds and complaints
- All tickets are non-refundable.
- There is no cooling-of period on ticket purchases.
- Complaints must be submitted using the complaint form on Hop On’s website.
- Claims must be submitted withing 24 hours of ticket purchase.
- The ticket must be attached when submitting a complaint.
7.5. When can you claim a complaint?
- The following are examples of what does not provide grounds for reimbursement:
- The ship is cancelled or does not go to the intended destination.
- Illness preventing use of the ticket.
- Purchase a ticket for the wrong company.
- Traffic accidents or external circumstances beyond Hop On’s control.
- Wrong ticket category, date, destination or game.
- Any form of force majeure.
- Route changes announced on Hop On’s website.
- Failure to locate the bus.
- Reduced visibility due to weather conditions.
7.6. Hop On’s liability
- Hop On will provide services with reasonable skill.
- If services fail due to Hop On’s fault, a replacement or refund will be offered where possible.
- Hop On is not liable for indirect losses such as delays, inconvenience, or missed connections.
- Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
8. Credit Card Payments
- Payments are processed securely by Hop On.
- You must have authority to use the payment method provided.
- Payment is taken when your order is confirmed.
9. Intellectual Property
- All website content is protected by copyright, trademarks, and other rights.
