Refunds and complaints
All tickets are non-refundable.
Anyone who wants to complain about sales through hopon.no and through our ticket sellers and agents, must fill out the complaint form available on Hop On AS’s website. Before you can submit a claim for a complaint, you must carefully read the terms and conditions in order to be able to claim the money back for a sale that has been completed.

When can you claim a complaint
There is no cooling-off period on the ticket purchase in any of Hop Ons’ sales channels.
Here are some examples that do not provide grounds for reimbursement:
- The ship has been cancelled, and the ship does not go to the destination for which the ticket is intended
- You get sick and cannot use the ticket.
- You buy a ticket for the wrong company
- There are traffic accidents or other external circumstances beyond Hop On’s control that mean that the bus does not arrive on time
- You have bought the wrong ticket category
- You have bought a ticket for the wrong date or destination
- All forms of force majure
- There are changes/cancellations to the route offer announced on Hop On’s website.
- If you don´t find the bus
- If you have bought the ticket in the wrong name
- Foggy windows due to weather conditions.
When submitting a claim, the ticket must be attached to the application form.
